·         We believe that the ultimate and primary goal of rehabilitation is the provision of personalized quality care directed toward the needs of the patient as a whole.

·      We believe rehabilitation encompasses health promotion, illness and injury prevention, and restoration of persons with injuries or disabilities.  Therefore, rehabilitation embodies physical care, treatment, emotional support, and teaching the patient and family members.

·       We recognize that high-quality rehabilitation is best achieved through competent personnel who are qualified by education, skill and experience, and who are provided with an environment that is conducive to personal, professional and corporate goal achievement.

·        We recognize and accept responsibility to provide ongoing learning opportunities, in-services and continuing education for the professional and personal growth and development of our personnel.

·       We believe that a collaborative, cooperative working relationship must exist between all caregivers, family members and patients in order to establish mutual respect and understanding, coupled with an awareness that we share the same fundamental purpose -
