Frequently Asked Questions:
What are the clinic's hours of operation?
We are open from 8 am until 6 pm Monday through Thursday. We observe 6 holidays a year: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day.
How long will my appointment take?
Your first appointment (initial evaluation) usually lasts about 1 hour. The goal of the therapist on this visit is to listen and fully understand what the issue is. The therapist will work with you to formulate a treatment plan that incorporates your goals and works with your lifestyle.
Follow-up appointments generally take between 30-45 minutes, and are a combination of hands-on and guided care. You will work with our highly qualified staff to improve strength, endurance, motion and health and decrease pain.
What should I bring with me for my visit?
If you have any test results that are pertinent to your visit, it helps to have you bring them (x-rays, lab tests, etc.). You should also bring your insurance card, the prescription from your referring doctor, and your patient registration forms.
What should I wear for my visit?
You should wear or bring comfortable clothing and shoes that will allow you to move and exercise the affected area. Please be conscientious about this.
Why do I need a prescription?
While in Arizona we don't need a prescription to treat a patient, insurance companies will generally not cover services that do not have a doctor's prescription.
